  • The customer did not use a trial before purchasing a long-term subscription.

3. Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed via the original payment method.
  • Processing time depends on the payment provider and may take 5–30 business days.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider.

5. Service Interruptions
