- The IPTV service is not usable due to technical issues caused by our servers.
- You have contacted our support team to allow us to try to resolve the issue. If the problem cannot be resolved within 48 hours, a full refund or service extension will be provided.
2. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds are not provided if:
- The customer changes their mind after subscribing.
- Issues are caused by the customer’s internet, device, or ISP.
- Temporary channel buffering or maintenance occurs.
- The customer did not use a trial before purchasing a long-term subscription.
3. Refund Process
- Refunds are processed via the original payment method.
- Processing time depends on the payment provider and may take 5–30 business days.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider.

We provide 24/7 support to help customers set up their IPTV devices, apps, and subscriptions. Our support covers standard device configurations and troubleshooting steps.
5. Service Interruptions
Temporary channel freezes, buffering, or downtime may occur due to:
- Internet fluctuations
- Device or app issues
- ISP problems
- Server maintenance or updates
If the service is unavailable for 48 hours or more due to server issues, we will offer a full refund or add lost subscription time for free, with possible bonus credit as a goodwill gesture.
